ROAD TRIP MUST HAVES

Who loves a good road trip? No one if they haven't got the right gear! While the constant scenic surroundings, sense of adventure and great open roads are amazing, it won't be complete without a list of necessities on the journey!

- Water... and lots of it!

It doesn't matter how many toilet stops you need, drinking water is the one way to stay happy and hydrated! Trust me.

- Dry shampoo

Need your hair to look fab in a second? Haven't washed your hair in 3 days? Dry shampoo is your life saver, temporarily getting rid of oily roots and boosting your volume majorly!

- Pillows & Blanket

A couple of comfy pillows and a blanket is absolutely essential if you aren't the one driving.

- Car phone charger

Investing in a phone charger for your car is super handy, especially in situations where your accommodation doesn't have a source of power.

- Thongs/Flip flops

It's such a waste of time wearing closed in shoes when road-tripping, unless of course you are in a really cold climate! Wearing thongs will only add to your comfort in the car and make it easier when you stop and have to put shoes on.

- Auxiliary cord

AHHHH! Seriously this bad boy might possibly be the best invention ever. You can play whatever music, audio book or TV show from your phone, through the car sound system! What could be better??

TIP: When road tripping, it is a great idea to put your hair in braids as your hair is out of your face, you still look cute and if you want to look good at your destination, you can just undo them, turning into fresh natural curls.
